Measures that are to be taken to rectify the QuickBooks scan manager not working issue

 

Method 1: Switching for a wired connection between scan manager and scanner

·        You need to double click the QB desktop icon pressing CTRL key

·        Later on, avoid releasing CTRL key till no company open window appears on the screen

·        End the process by clicking on ok tab to turn it off and reboot the system
