  Method 1: Switching for a wired connection between scan manager and scanner ·         You need to double click the QB desktop icon pressing CTRL key ·         Later on, avoid releasing CTRL key till no company open window appears on the screen ·         Furthermore, choose open a sample company file and click on the company menu ·         You now have to select documents and choose doc center ·         Now, choose scan a document and also click on select ·         Go for TS Scan ·         Scan and attach a document to the sample file and exit from the company file ·         Later on, scan a document from QuickBooks and check if the issue is rectified   Method 2: Update the user account settings in windows ·         Under this process, one has to exit from the QuickBooks desktop and press windows key to open the start menu ·         Furthermore, click on control panel ·         You now have to click on user accounts and choose change user account control set
